    These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Dazeco.in("we", "our", "us"). By engaging with our services, requesting a quotation, signing up for a project, or using our website, you ("client", "you") agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

    1. Services Provided

    Dazeco.in provides web development services including, but not limited to:

    • Website design & development (Next.js, MERN, TypeScript)
    • Static & dynamic websites
    • Full-stack web applications
    • Website maintenance & support plans
    • Branding, UI/UX enhancements, and technical integrations
    • Email automation, SEO setup, and cloud deployment

    The exact scope of work will be defined in a written project proposal or conversation before project start.

    2. Payment Terms

    • 20% advance — required to begin any project.
    • 30% mid-project payment — due after delivery of the first draft or preview build.
    • 50% final payment — due before deployment or transferring project files.
    • Work will not be deployed, transferred, or handed over until full payment is received.
    • Maintenance plans or monthly services must be prepaid.

    3. Pricing & Quotes

    All quotes, offers, and pricing provided by Dazeco.in are based on:

    • Project complexity
    • Timeline
    • Features requested
    • Third-party tools required

    Prices are subject to change for future projects. Ongoing work is billed according to the latest pricing policies.

    4. Revisions

    • Each service tier includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond those included in the package will incur extra charges.
    • Revisions are changes to existing work, not new features or redesigns.

    5. Delivery Timelines

    All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on:

    • Client responsiveness
    • Timely submission of content (images, text, logos)
    • Scope modifications during development

    Dazeco.in is not liable for delays caused by third-party services, hosting issues, or client delays.

    6. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to provide:

    • Accurate project requirements
    • Necessary content, images, copy, brand assets
    • Timely feedback
    • Access credentials if working on an existing website

    Failure to provide required assets may delay the project or incur additional charges for content creation.

    7. Demo Builds

    • Any free or paid demo created by Dazeco.in remains our intellectual property until a project agreement is finalized.
    • Clients may not use, download, copy, or deploy demo builds without written approval or full payment.

    8. Hosting & Third-Party Costs

    Hosting, domains, servers, databases, email services, and third-party tools are billed separately unless explicitly included in the package.

    Ongoing hosting or cloud costs must be paid by the client. Dazeco.in cannot be held responsible for outages or downtime from hosting providers.

    9. Deployment & Handover

    • Deployment is done only after 100% payment.
    • For full-stack apps, server credentials may be required.
    • After project delivery, the client is responsible for maintaining the website unless a maintenance plan is purchased.

    10. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Advance payment (20%) is non-refundable as it covers initial planning and development time.
    • If a client cancels the project after work has begun, charges will apply for completed milestones.
    • No refunds will be issued after project delivery or deployment.

    11. Intellectual Property

    • All code, designs, and assets created by Dazeco.in remain our property until full payment is made.
    • After final payment, ownership (excluding libraries and frameworks) is transferred to the client.
    • Dazeco.in may showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

    12. Confidentiality

    We treat all client information as confidential and never share or sell data to third parties. Clients must also respect confidentiality regarding our internal processes and code.

    13. Limitations of Liability

    • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from third-party services, tools, hosting platforms, or plugins.
    • We cannot guarantee protection against all cyberattacks or outages but follow best practices for security and performance.

    14. Modifications to These Terms

    Dazeco.in reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
