These Terms & Conditions govern the architectural deployment, system integrations, and engineering services provided by Dazeco ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging our engineering collective, validating a system blueprint, or requesting API integrations, you ("client", "you") agree strictly to the operational protocol outlined below.
01Scope of Engineering Services
Dazeco provisions deep-tech software architecture, including but not limited to:
- Full-stack MERN & Next.js enterprise applications.
- Self-hosted data integrations & automation pipelines.
- Conversational AI and localized LLM deployment.
- Cloud deployment architecture (AWS, Vercel, isolated environments).
02Data Sovereignty & Security
Unlike generic SaaS products, our deployment architecture is custom and deployed to your owned instances. Dazeco holds no ownership, rights, or access to your proprietary data once full handover is achieved. You retain 100% intellectual property over your operational data.
03Payment Infrastructure
- 20% Architectural Advance - Required to lock resources and initiate system schematics.
- ▹30% Staging Environment - Due upon successful deployment of the staging builds and UX validation.
- ▹50% Production Migration - Due before the final deployment into the live production environment.
04Revisions & Scope Boundaries
Each service tier allocates highly specific revision counts. Revisions pertain solely to modifications of the initially agreed-upon system schema. "Scope Creep" (the introduction of entirely new API connections, database tables, or system logic not outlined in the Blueprint) will trigger a mandatory Change Order and separate billing.
Legal Communication Protocol
To formally dispute an SLA breach or request a copy of our strict Mutual NDA format, initialize contact via the central administration node at [email protected]. Protocol changes take effect immediately upon synchronization with this document.
